Ume Step Prullenbak

The step mechanism is so smooth that even my toddler can open it without a struggle, which says a lot for a trash can. I also appreciate how the minimalist design doesn't scream "garbage bin" in my kitchen—it just blends right in with the counter.

I wish I'd bought one of these sooner—the minimalist shape doesn't stick out like an eyesore in my kitchen. The pedal is quiet and doesn't jam up when I step on it with full hands.

The step mechanism is smooth and responsive, and the matte finish hides fingerprints way better than my old stainless steel one. It's quietly elegant in the kitchen without being an eyesore.
